I have communicated with you several times and been assured that you were trying to make things right but the last time I messaged you, I got no response. That was a couple of weeks ago and so I decided to go ahead and rate you. I thought it was brave to acknowledge that you have been a bad swapper and I thought it was a good testament to your character to fulfil your commitments. I'm sorry to see that you are no longer doing that.
