Response: I have to say I'm truly baffled by this - she first gave me a rating of 3, then went back and changed it to a 1 - no communication or explanation whatsoever.
The person who hosted the swap (and, obviously, set up the swap requirements!) received the same handmade item rated it a 5 (+ heart), so I'm quite confused...
