It seems to me that everywhere make a cookbook that reflects the unique cuisine of the area. I love these books, but can't travel everywhere, so why not a swap?

You will have 1 partner that you will send a new or gently used cookbook from your region to.

For example, I would send "Recipes from the Grand Canyon" or "Sonoran Cooking."

I love those local cookbooks that groups put together for fundraisers. Ususally church or service organizations. They always have at least one truely unique recipe!
