Create for your one partner a cross-stitched bookmark in a. Non-religious Easter theme.

Ideas: Easter Eggs, Easter Bunnies, Easter Lilies or other spring bulb flowers, Baby chickens, ducks, hatching, things like that!

Ideas for keeping postage down- keep bookmark as flat as possible. When putting in the envelope have bookmark inside a note card, greeting card, cardstock cut to fit the envelope, etc or handmake an envelope from thicker scrapbook paper.

If anyone wants to host a religious Easter stitchery (bookmark or not) please do!

Feb 28 EDIT: style of bookmark is sender's choice. It can be "traditional rectangular" or it can be a corner cross-stitched bookmark. Thanks @craftygeek for the suggestion and @tovanns for agreeing!

I just made a bookmark, for a TAG, with a homemade tassel, and included a very small flat extra, used a handmade scrapbook-cardstock thickness envie (made by @Celticmoon thanks!) and it was still only between 7/8 oz and 1oz, but a slight bulge because of tassel, so to mail in USA it is only 70 cents. To mail internationally it would only be 1.36. Even if somehow my bookmark was heavier, (say 2oz) but still flat or only with a slight bulge it would be less than $3 internationally.

I am so embarrassed but I have to drop out of the swap for personal reasons. Thank you though for creating this swap, I appreciate it very much. But for the time being I have to care for a very sick family member :(
