I´m so excitied, this is my first swap.

Whoever got me, I´m from Iceland, love healthy cookies, simple recipes, I also like chicken, veggies, fish and my hubby loves beef... :D

Those of you that got my recipes, in the first one it says Púrrulaukur, which I forgot to translate, I´m sorry about that. However, the translation is a long green onion that is green on one end and white on the other - I just don´t remember what it´s called in English.
