I did a swap like this that Mamameo hosted and it was so fun - I'd like to try it again! We get so much email and junk snail mail every day. Wouldn't it be nice to open your mailbox to a lighthearted, chatty note from a swap-bot friend? For this swap, you should send a handwritten note to your swap partner. This can be on plain paper or on a notecard, either store-bought or handmade. The point is to keep it happy and light and just plain fun! This is an international swap because it shouldn't cost much to send one letter-sized envelope.

Hello everybody, my sister is joining this swap, I hope her partner(s) don't mind but can you send it to the name "Erin Martinez". She tried making her own account so she could join but the address was already in use (by me ;P) so yeah just a heads up!

If you pm Rachel, and explain the situation, they may let her have her own account. As long as you both don't join the same swaps (in which case I mean you could get each other for a swap and that wouldn't be fair) it should be fine. My fiancee joined and we live together, but I had to explain to Rachel first.

I've never been in a letter writing swap, but it sounds like fun. Is there any certain thing we should write about?? Or just a general who we are, what we like to do kinds of things??

This will be my first swap ! Yea I'm now excited, this sounds like the perfect type of swap for me, I love writing letter / notes. I like to leave happy surprising notes for my fiance and friends and leave them in random places so when they find them it's a unexpected smile ^-^
