This swap has many elements,

  1. Each player needs to go look at their profile especially their mailing address. Please check for Names, or States not capitalized. You are allowed to spell out the state and not use the 2 capital Initials. I think that makes it easier for INT players. (yes, this group is USA only) but you do play in other swaps. So please go fix your mailing info, correct capitalization.

  2. Does your profile need an update or cleanup. Maybe you could leave a date on your profile of the last update.

  3. Post, here that you cleaned up your profile.

  4. Write on any postcard what you did to your mailing address or profile. ANY handmade, upcycled, store bought, mail with a stamp. not an envelope.

  5. Mail on time. and rate in a timely manner.

I can angel a postcard.

I cleaned up my profile🙂 Mostly for ease of reading, grammar errors. I love this, I wish more people would date their profile cleanups/updates. Especially those who have been Swap-bot a long time, like years and have likes and dislikes. Things do change. I hope more people do this.

i had one of the coolest profiles and then one day POOF, wrong key. Thats what you call a typ-o! And it was gone. Crying a river. Cleaned up my profile.

I cleaned up my profile and did put a date in it. That was a good idea. I spelled out West Virginia even though I rarely do any international trades. Interesting...

I updated my profile today, I placed a date for the update on there as well. I had recently moved, so it actually was the perfect time for an update :)

I cleaned up my profile made it short & sweet. I will put date on it. I use Zip Code look ups to make my address as USPS compliant

I cleaned up my profile and it needed it! I added my state written out as I had only its initials.
