Non-label bags meaning, you can send all types of bags - goodie bags, sticker bags, memo sheet bags etc - EXCEPT for label bags. You can send unlimited starters, but no more than 1 homer per envelope. This is an international swap with a rating requirement of 4.99 with no 1's or 3's in the past 6 months.
