October 1 is World Post Card Day. We will celebrate by making ONE PC for our ONE partner using the theme of "World Post Card Day" as inspiration for our created PC. The Basics All mediums are welcome. PC shouild be between 51/2 by 3 1/2 to 4 x 6 inches in size. No sticker slapping. Please create a quality PC. Feel free to create right away and then simply address and send when partners are assigned. *This is a USA only swap. Anyone is welcome to copy, even word for word, to host an international version.
