RAK = Random Act of Kindness What you have to do is do RAK, any kind of RAK during the week. You could donate food to a food bank, donate to charity, clean up litter, help someone out, volunteer etc. Then email everyone telling them about the RAK you did, you can include photos if you'd like but that is optional. I've set the partners at 20 but all you have to do is copy and paste their email addresses and that means you'll get lots of ratings and inspiration. Now if you don't receive an email please remember to pm before rating it may have just got lost in a spam box.
