You can alter a store bought matchbox or use Rachel's Matchbox Template to create your own.

I am having trouble making a matchbox - i used the template above but it prints out at 3.2 x 5cm - this is too small i think? I know on the template it says to print 100%, but this is the biggest i can get it - so can anyone recommend another template please! I cant buy a matchbox.

This is the only other template I know of - Crafty-Heart matchbox template . I hope it works for you!
