Character ATC #11 Lorena Crazy, "love"-obsessed-maker of Bill. You'll have two partners and make 1 ATC for each one, for a total of 2 ATCs. We'll go through one character of the series each week. I know that might sound hard, but I'll post which characters are coming up at least two weeks in advance, so you can just start making everything ahead of time :) Make sure to put effort into your atcs, just putting a picture on them will not count.
