Description:
You will craft one mermaid dotee and one APC for your partner. An APC is an altered playing card. A dotee is a hanging doll with a hanging loop from which to hang said doll and a tail. Doll must be at least 4" in length before adding tail and hanger. Tail is not necessary, only add it if it adds to your design.

altered playing card. Pretty much the same thing as an ATC, but you use a playing card as your base

do a google image search, trust me, they are amazing! Go to the dollar tree to get your playing cards, sometimes they have double or triple packs for $1!
