I'm on holiday for 2 weeks - still creating and sending swaps, but not able to register.

Mail services information: our mailbox doesn't get emptied daily.

I love love looove playing tabletop rpgs. And board games. And card games. And computer games. And science fiction. And fantasy. And reading. I'm a geek.

I am in my thirties and share my flat with a black cat who is somewhat anti-social. But she's the cutest cat. Like all cats.

I am an avid herbal (+fruity) tea drinker (for tea swaps there's more info below). I do not consume caffeine - even as teas.

I'm a feminist, pansexual, and agnostic.

I came back to swap-bot March 2025 after about 1.5 years to deserved "1" ratings. I left very suddenly in 2023 because I had a severe accident and got a life-changing diagnosis soon afterwards - spending almost 2 years trying to recover and a lot of time in hospitals, care, and physical rehab.

I tried my best to make up for all the swaps, also contacting people who hadn't rated or contacted me for swaps because I wanted to send out swaps to everyone who didn't receive what I owed them.

As of 04/2025 I still have 3 "1" ratings from @JanHardt and @lawchick - both have not been online since before I came back to swap-bot. My messages to them are sitting in their inboxes. I sent both of them their swaps to their addresses from 2023 in 04/2025 - I hope they arrive! If they come back and have moved, I'd love to send it to a possible new address, too!

The 4 "3" ratings are for swaps from 2023 which I made up for in full, but very late.

I have 1 swap from 2023 on my dashboard because the recipient has not been online ( @Tynkerbelle ) to read and respond to my message asking for their address to finally send them the swap I owe them. If they ever reply, I'll send it to them asap! (I contacted the hosts of the unresolved "1" rating as well as the unsent one, too.)

➤ Letters & Notes

• I enjoy reading random tidbits of information. The thing that just pops into your head. "Huh"-moments.
• Recycled stationery (NOT trash - either stationery made of recycled materials or pages which might have had another purpose once but are beautiful to look at, eg: calendar pages, wrapping paper)
• handmade cards and notes - I will never downrate for receiving handmade even if the swap says store-bought

• during the warmer months I drink the leaves from plants I grow on my balcony

➤ Reading

• Science fiction and fantasy (and romance)
• I don't like bad endings. I need my endings happy or at least satisfactory. Therefore I tend to read the last few sentences before I read a book.
• My absolute guilty pleasure books are Nalini Singh's Psy/Changeling/Trinity books.
• I have phases during which I binge webtoons and/or fanfiction (... DM/HP Auror Partners)

I enjoy painting and started making cards and postcards after joining swaps here - and I love it!

I am now apparently addicted to ATCs. Thank you, dear swap-bot community, for bringing this joy into my life! (May 2023 update)

I will not downrate for handcrafted cards / notecards even if the swap specifies store-bought! :)

If you count cooking as a craft then that's my #1. Mostly vegetarian.

Please contact me if there is a problem with my swap or you haven't received anything a few weeks after I checked "sent". I'll be happy to send something again if it doesn't arrive or didn't fulfill the requirements.
